Changes

As a side program to [https://www.thelightningconference.com/ The Lightning Conference 2019] we organized a [https://bitcoinrunners.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Berlin-Lightning-Conference-2019-1.png runners meetup] before the conference started.  Same goes for the Unchain Conference 2020 in Frankfurt. Since they were well-perceived, we will organize similar events at other the Bitcoin conferences.
